The successful candidate will specialise within Employee Relations but would also have had experience in a generalist Business Partnering role.
You will be working in partnership with the HR Business Partners to develop and implement the ER strategy, manage complex ER matters to successful resolution. Provide pragmatic, commercially balanced and specialist ER advice whilst driving change and improving processes collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Salary on offer is up to £60k DOE + Bonus and Benefits.
Although core hours are 08:00-18:00 flexible working is supported.
