You will be working as part of the Thermomix Customer Service team as a Customer Service &Technical Support Advisor. In this role you will provide a high-level of customer service and support with excellent product knowledge (full training will provided) in order to maintain strong business relationships with our customers. This is a target driven role where departmental and individual targets must be met. You must be fluent in the Polish language.
Within the role you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers always working to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). This will involve responding efficiently and effectively to all inbound customer communication via various media. You will also carry out amendments to account configuration/specification as requested by the client, liaising with other Vorwerk & VK Direct departments where necessary.
