Job Description

You will be working as part of the Thermomix Customer Service team as a Customer Service &Technical Support Advisor. In this role you will provide a high-level of customer service and support with excellent product knowledge (full training will provided) in order to maintain strong business relationships with our customers. This is a target driven role where departmental and individual targets must be met. You must be fluent in the Polish language.

Within the role you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers always working to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). This will involve responding efficiently and effectively to all inbound customer communication via various media. You will also carry out amendments to account configuration/specification as requested by the client, liaising with other Vorwerk & VK Direct departments where necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a customer service or technical support environment. This experience may have come from a variety of backgrounds such as an office, service or hospitality environment. Your ability to provide high quality customer service to clients is vital, you will have excellent communication skills to assist and provide information and support in both english and polish language. You will require an excellent telephone manner and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP. You should be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an office environment, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
