Managing the recruitment process from job vacancy/creation through to onboarding, ensuring the Mo-Sys brand is represented well throughout each stage by delivering a first-class candidate experience.
Conducting and interpreting psychometric assessments (training will be provided).
Anticipating future business requirements, including graduates, associates and apprentices.
Growing excellent relationships with any third parties, negotiating best terms and working parameters.
Being the first point of contact on all HR queries for managers and employees.
Coaching and advising line managers on all matters related to performance management, misconduct and employee sickness/wellbeing.
Ensuring that the Company’s processes and policies are legally compliant and up to date.
Managing all employee related administrative tasks, including being the systems administrator for our HR software, BreatheHR.
Researching and implementing employee career development plans, engagement schemes and team building activities.
Collaborating with external advisors on any HR projects with a view to improving the overall employee experience.
Proven background of generalist HR experience
Experience of recruitment and talent management in tech
Ability to communicate at all levels
Able to negotiate and influence
Confidence to work autonomously
