Job Description

This is an exciting and progressive role, reporting into a HR Manager, offering opportunities to really play an key role in 'shaping' a growing, global organisation.

This is a generalist Advisor role, including but not limited to:

• Taking responsibility for casework ranging from simple to complex
• Supporting operational managers with HR polices and procedures and playing a key role in continual improvement and development of these policies
• Working closely alongside key members of the HR function such as Talent Manager, L&D Manager and Engagement Manager to achieve the key People objectives and strategy
• Take responsibility for the People/HR reporting
• The role will also require some travel to other UK sites and some overnight stays are required.

Core working hours are 9-5pm with some flexibility required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideal candidates for this exciting and challenging role will have a proven background in a similar HR (People) Advisor role, ideally with exposure to a complex business. Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. You will also be looking for opportunities for continual personal growth and development and be passionate about your career in HR. Successful candidates will also be required to travel to other UK sites and some overnight stays are also required.
