Job Description

To build on company’s success story and reputation for exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations at every stage of our journey. You will be the voice of company, dealing with inbound and outbound contacts on a wide range of scenarios, during which you will deliver timely and appropriate solutions and responses according to customer needs and objectives. You will be responsible for effective and timely management of a range of customer service tasks, for all products, together with building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by effective communication through a variety of channels.

  • Gain expert level knowledge of our product and market
  • Become an expert user of the company portal to guide and support clients
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer service queries via email, telephone and our online ticketing system
  • Coordinate the reviews of credit applications
  • Ensure the completion of checks for fraud protection are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Review funding requests against set criteria in order to making funding decisions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by managing relationships to ensure clients are getting the best service for their business
  • Display outstanding communication skills in all verbal and written communication with clients
  • Identify and evaluate risks within the portfolio (including errors, fraud and inappropriate procedures) ensuring business controls are in place to minimize exposure to risk

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Your knowledge and experience from working within in the Financial or Recruitment industries. Your vibrant energy and customer service skills. You understand the importance of putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. Some experience of risk management and how to spot any emerging trend. Proven ability to communicate effectively, build and maintain strong relationships with external customers. You’re solution focused and a natural problem solver. You know how important it is to record information accurately with an eye for detail. You thrive in a role that is fast-paced and requires you to multitask every day.
