Be able to speak fluent welsh is a must. Proven customer service experience. Ability to navigate on a PC. Must have your own laptop/PC to work from home (Windows10). Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally via the phone. Must be flexible with working hours. Must have a passion to help others.
