As an administrative officer you will be working with a variety of colleagues from across the business such as surveyors, project managers, heads of service, directors, repairs teams, trades staff as well as partner organizations and the general public. You will need to engage with this wide variety of people and ensure that their queries are dealt with. You will also be using our specialist property maintenance and document management ICT systems and therefore possessing accurate timely data entry skills are a must.
You will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of the building maintenance sector is advantageous.
You will have a positive attitude and approach to problem solving, and a keen eye for detail.
Your experience of using ICT packages, coupled with your enthusiasm and positive outlook will ensure that you provide a first-class administration service.
