Job Description

The role will include outbound customer calls, but this will not be cold calling, they will be either current or lapsed clients so they will already be aware of the specialist nature of the product.

In addition to the outbound calls there will be some customer service duties associated with the roles such as sales order processing and progress chasing.

The ideal candidate for this role will have come from an outbound customer service or telesales background, ideally from manufacturing however, candidates with call Centre experience would be considered.
