Job Description

We have a rare opportunity for a fluent Norwegian speaker. You could join a multilingual team as a customer service and claims advisor, handling inbound business to business queries from Norway. The company offers remote working options, although you will be expected to be in the office twice a week in the future.

Providing excellent customer service on the phone and by email in a regulated environment

· Being the first point of contact for Norwegian speaking business clients

· Dealing with incoming enquiries and correspondence for quotations and claims from Norway

· Compiling case information and updating the internal diary system

· Prioritizing your daily workload and escalating any issues to the senior management team

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Norwegian (Required)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Very good or bilingual written and spoken Norwegian and English skills · Professional manner both verbal and written · Customer service experience in an office or call Centre· Experience of working in finance/insurance
