This amazing opportunity will see you take on a valuable and rewarding customer service team leader role, with the following main duties:

  • Leading a team of customer service advisors, carrying out end to end servicing of clients’ accounts
  • Coaching and developing individuals to ensure consistent delivery, developing a culture of continuous improvement and a real passion for delivering the best customer service
  • Working closely with senior leadership team to ensure consistent high performance against SLAs
  • Ensuring compliance within a highly regulated financial services environment

Experience:

  • financial services or regulated environment: 2 years (Required)
  • contact centre team leader: 2 years (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of leading a customer service team within a highly regulated, high volume contact Centre team leader position (ESSENTIAL). Experience working with financial services or regulated environment. A genuine passion for coaching and developing people. The ability to proactively engage team members to ensure continuous improvement. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
