Job Description

As Client Services Administrator, you will undertake a busy and varied role. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • New Business Processing - Ensuring all client applications and cheques are scrutinised and forwarded to the relevant companies. Ensuring that all deals are transacted correctly through from receipt to full investment.
  • Client Interaction - Contacting clients and informing them of developments or answering queries of an administrative nature
  • Administration - Updating databases to show new business received, generating new business daybook, client valuations, agency/policy transfers
  • Ensuring all duties are conducted in accordance with the firm’s standards and procedures
  • Constantly challenge existing practices and processes and suggest improvements to ensure that customer service is most effective and efficient
  • Working as a team player to promote a strong team ethos within the department, actively building constructive relationships with other members of staff in additional to external contacts

This role is offering a salary of £20,000 to £23,000 per annum depending on experience and benefits.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role holder would be expected to work towards achieving professional qualifications. As the ideal candidate, you will have at least one to two years of relevant financial services administration experience. You will be astute and business focused with strong communication skills. Ideally, you will hold a Financial Services exam accreditation or be studying towards exams.
