Pro-actively managing files to ensure that all properties are compliant with relevant legislation, such as by ensuring gas safety certificates and tenancy agreements for your portfolio remain up to date
Dealing with maintenance issues and liaising with external contractors to ensure that work is completed to a high standard
Reviewing property visit reports and liaising with the property check-out clerk before releasing the deposit
Accurately maintaining and updating our property records to ensure integrity of data
Effectively dealing with any disputes to come to a satisfactory solution for both parties
Flexibility with shift patterns to include working 1 in 4 weekends

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience as a Property Manager or working in Lettings Must hold a Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management A people first approach, with an exceptional work ethic and a positive attitude The ability to build strong relationships with a variety of people, adapting your approach dependent on the individual or situation A process driven approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
