The Commercial Servicing division is responsible for assisting our commercial clients, which include open and closed portfolios, and a diverse product range. Our Commercial Servicing Executives service these clients' customers, primarily via inbound and outbound calls but also over email and letter, executing all customer service processes accurately and in-line with pre-agreed SLAs. This is designed to maximise arrears collections whilst ensuring that the FCA regulation of Treating Customers Fairly is adhered to at all times.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Recent and proven experience in contact centre customer services Recent and proven experience in a collections based role Recent and proven experience in a secured lending environment (desirable) Good understanding of a financial servicing environment GCSE standard or equivalent qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
