Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Resolve customer complaints. Monitor the quality and maintain customer service standards/interactions. Make decisions in different situations. Plan monitor and evaluate service improvement. Evaluate the use of an appropriate budget. Generate and close sales of products available. Review, communicate and monitor health and safety in own area of responsibility. Self-Management. Teamwork, including the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team. Allocate and assure the quality of a team’s work. Review team performance. Induct people into the organization. Manage workplace communications. Manage interpersonal communications. Health and Safety matters with regard to staff and the general public. Pool testing procedures. Ability to speak Welsh (if applicable to location).
