Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Resolve customer complaints. Monitor the quality and maintain customer service standards/interactions. Make decisions in different situations. Plan monitor and evaluate service improvement. Evaluate the use of an appropriate budget. Generate and close sales of products available. Review, communicate and monitor health and safety in own area of responsibility. Self-Management.
