Job Description

These services can be face to face, in our reception area, by telephone, email, web chat and via social media platforms. The queries are wide and varied and can be in relation to rents, maintenance, community projects, general tenancy management issues, improvements works or support services. You will provide answers and resolve challenges first time delivering great customer service to our tenants, leaseholders and future customers

Experience:

  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
