Job Description

You will be working on the front line, playing an integral part in ensuring all customer orders are delivered to the right location, on time and safely, whilst liaising with hauliers, manufacturing sites and planning teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will manage the relationship with customers on planning deliveries and problem-solving when things don’t go to plan, so previous experience in customer service is essential to your success!

You’ll be working with a range of systems to manage the order process from start to end and will be proficient in the use of Microsoft package (Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and 8am to 4pm on Friday. You'll be working from home, so you will need a safe and quiet area to work in but don’t worry we’ll provide you with all the equipment you need


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in customer service or administration is essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst paying close attention to detail and order processing. A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking full ownership of customer contact. Excellent verbal communication skills. PC Savvy - Outlook, Excel, Word and Google drive. Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
