You will need to be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to deliver design projects from inception to completion, including feasibilities and statutory consents.
Knowledge of NEC contracts is advantageous
Be able to build relationships with existing and new clients, including within AECOM
Lead the team – workload, fee proposals, visions for the future
Mentor junior staff
Condition survey experience, schedules of condition, dilapidations
Demonstrate leadership skills in projects, taking financial responsibility for projects.
Drive the APC for junior staff
Minimum Requirements
Experience in all core Building Surveying work areas especially design and contract administration.
Experience of working and building relationships within the private and public sector
Previous management of sub-consultants and contractors
Line manager responsibility for a team of building surveyors
Have experience of work/bid winning and a willingness to participate in work winning strategies
Ability to manage and monitor fees, profits and invoicing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Degree level education as a minimum Defence Sector experience would be an advantage NEC3 Supervisor experience desirable but not essential
