The position sits within a small Payroll department reporting into the Payroll Manager, working closely with various other departments including HR to ensure Payroll is process for a diverse and varied population.   • First point of contact for any payroll communication
  • Processing the submission of payroll to HMRC
  • Preparing variable payrolls
  • Calculating SMP, SSP, etc
  • Submitting advanced SMP claims to HMRC
  • Year-end statutory payroll requirements
  • Payroll onboarding
  • Monthly pension submissions
  • Administration of Benefits in kind
