Job Description

As a Residential Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for booking and conducting market appraisals, viewings, negotiating offers, sales chasing and maintain the high level of customer service our clients have come to expect from Mayfair Town & Country.

The successful candidate will have residential Estate Agency experience and must have a full driving license.

Book and conducting market appraisals. Book viewings and register applicants. Conducting viewings. Negotiate Offers. Sales Chasing. Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients. Be articulate, with excellent communication skills. Be self-motivated, possess a pro-active approach and maintain an outstanding professional and customer-service focused approach.
