The individual will be initially working on an immigration project role providing transactional/admin support working on the following key tasks:
Upon instruction from Global Mobility manager, co-ordinate work permit applications
Collate documentation required for applications
Provide administration support re fee approvals, tracking travellers and status of applications
Co-ordinate between various external and internal teams to ensure all data is shared on status and progress
After supporting with the above project the candidate will provide transactional support to the Contact Centre Team within the HR Shared Service Team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidate needs to be: Highly organised Have strong communications skills Have some experience working in a HR Assistant type role It would be desirable although not essential if the candidate had the following: Previous experience working on HR projects Previous experience working in an immigration role CIPD Qualified
