Is one of the world’s largest and most respected employers, and as a result of increased workload and extension of service it is increasing the HR team to include an HR Administrator. We are searching for a talented individual who has proven experience in supporting the wider HR function. The successful candidate will become part of a forward-thinking team that is committed to an ethos of learning and self-development which will support their strategy for further growth.


The Opportunity
The role of the HR Administrator will be to support the HR Manager with the administration of projects and audits in a timely manner. As well as supporting the wider HR function you will be responsible for handling internal and external queries to the organisations high standards and also supporting other departments within the business to deliver a professional and efficient service. This role will suit an individual who is highly motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience needed to succeed

  • Be able to provide administrative support to the HR department by processing and recording information into the system.
  • Ensure telephone enquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Have experience of processing and onboarding new starters.
  • Process payroll requests for staff which adhere to the payroll deadlines.
  • Completion of Ad Hoc reports.
  • Support the HR Manager with administration of audits
  • Respond to requests in regard to contracts, letters of access, and issue documentation in accordance to agreed timescales.
  • Be able to manage high workloads whilst adhering to the departments KPI’s.
  • Monitor exit questionnaires and be on top of the questionnaires for upcoming leavers.
  • Assist in the administration of assessment centres and recruitment campaigns.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A strong work ethic and is driven to achieve results. A highly organised mind and is able to manage their own workload, as well as providing support for other members of the team. Several years HR experience and is familiar with the process. The ability to work in a highly pressurised environment.
