After a successful year, they are rapidly expanding and require an experienced recruitment manager with the capability to manage multiple tasks, influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation and manage all aspects of the candidate experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful applicant will work closely with the HR Manager and report directly into the Head of HR for UK & Europe along with admin support. Ideally you will have: Minimum 3 years in house/ agency Recruitment experience Healthcare industry knowledge Experience of implementing an applicant tracking system Process driven mindset
