HR Manager

Job Description

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Leading on the development of the future planning of HR systems, including delivering systems integration and implementation projects
  • Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that systems can facilitate an integrated and easily accessible data source
  • Handling high-level reporting on HR metrics and project progress
  • Supporting with generalist HR activity as and when required by the business
  • Deputising for the Head of HR in their absence to ensure the seamless provision of HR services and objectives

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience required: CIPD Level 7 HRIS Experience HR Project Management
