Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a true generalist HRBP role where you will be involved in the full remit across engagement, talent and succession. You must have proven stakeholder management skills in order to be successful in this role which will require you to build you credible and lasting building relationships where you will be a key catalyst in influencing and driving change within the business.
We are seeking a commercial HR professional who have hands-on, practical approach and can thrive in a busy and diverse environment applying a good sense of humour and a ‘human’ element to their HR approach. You will be expected to do extensive travel across the UK and there could be the chance of overnight stays.
