This firm has not stopped winning work from the Big 4, Top 6 and Top 10 since the recession struck and has created several roles. They have onboard 2 Managers and 1 Senior Manager so far; with multiple roles still live and more in the pipeline (and this is the safe approach!)

I can honestly say that we have never had a candidate meet this firm that has come out saying anything else but that they want to join. There is something about the culture, the progressiveness of the Partners, the forward-thinking, the offices - everything about them is the future and you get a real sense for it during the interview process 

Once things normalise, perhaps it will go to 1 or 2 days from the amazing offices in the city but realistically - things are changing from everyone and flexibility is at an all-time high. We can't see it changing back to how it was, ever! This firm will lay out the plan to Partnership and show you what you need to do to get to each level, competencies are open and listed for all to see.
