You'll also work closely with the L&D team to help roll out development across you area. This might include induction training as well as HR workshops to your managers. Supporting on Management level recruitment, you'll partner with your stakeholders to conduct a robust, consistent and fair recruitment process for manager level vacancies in your area.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered we are expecting candidates to have a strong HR generalist or HR business partnering background from a multi-site organisation - specifically retail or similar such as hospitality or leisure. CIPD would be welcomed.
