Responsible for Chief HR Officer's diary management and the department's day to day administration including post, stationery ordering and routine correspondence. Proactively monitor executive schedules to make effective use of the Chief HR Officer's time
Act as the departments Office manager including planning, co-ordinating and attending team meetings to take minutes
Oversee the functional budget to ensure an up-to-date tracker of spend is available at all times and all reporting to Finance is delivered to specified timescales
Control, manage and assist in the completion of the Chief HR Officer's actions, ensuring key deadlines are met
Manage information flow in a timely an accurate manner; manage and co-ordinate the timely collation and distribution of documentation including monthly reports, MI, dashboards, presentations and business plans. Assist with the drafting and preparation of papers to Boards, Trustees and Leadership groups as required
Prepare agendas, take minutes, chase deadlines and manage input required for regular reporting requirements for the Chief HR Officer and their Direct Reports, including Leadership and Governance meetings
Review operating practices and propose improvements including plans on how to implement
Responsible for the department's personnel administration including People and Organisational Development returns for holiday and sickness reports
Deputising/assisting Executives secretaries for periods of absences/holidays
Control and manage the Chief HR Officer's electronic and physical filing systems
Collaborate with, and maintain a strong working relationship with, other relevant departments and groups e.g. CEO PA, PA Group, IT, etc

This role will be working from home initially, although eventually you will be based out of their offices in Crawley
