Job Description
You will be responsible for building a relaxed yet professional rapport with clients, offering a consultative service – ensuring the best customer experience is delivered in each and every call.
Key duties include
Managing inbound calls
Understanding clients’ needs and advising on the best products and services to suit their needs
Respond to client email enquiries
Conducting showroom visits
Dealing with all administration duties
Offering a bespoke account management service until the products are delivered
