The role involves speaking to customers and suppliers to ensure both are up to date with progress of orders and delivery dates. Resolving customer issues and queries will also be part of the role as well as first class after sales service.
Achieving 100% customer satisfaction is the principal purpose of this role.
· To be the principal communicator between the business and customer once an order has been placed
· Arranging collections & deliveries,
· Notifying customers of delays in deliveries
· Resolving queries & arranging replacement products
· Offering alternative products where there are stock shortages
· Checking orders with customers where product dimensions or specifications aren’t compatible
· Taking payments
· Invoicing
· Processing orders and arranging transport
· Inventory Management
· Arranging travel bookings
