We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Cardiff.
Previous Accounts Administration experience is essential as you will be required to provide support to the Transactional Finance Services Team and duties will include:-
Providing Accounts Payable and Transactional support
Monthly payment card checks
Ensuring purchase compliance
Checking VAT calculations
Chasing and collating purchase receipts
Liaising with staff and querying non-compliance
Accurately inputting information
Assisting with Year End processing
Processing invoices
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a similar role. A good working knowledge of VAT and Accounts Payable transactions. Fast and accurate keyboard skills. Numerical skills. Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
