Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our Property Investment and Development company based in North London.
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
The Role: Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper
Duties to include:
- Providing support to the MD’s
- Email management, typing correspondence
- Filing
- Answering the telephone
- Managing day to day accounts
- Resolving problems in relation to invoice payments
- Dealing with internal queries about payments
- Ensuring legal requirements compliance
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Managing invoices and tax payments
- Liaising with Accountant
- Reporting to management on outstanding issues
- Bank reconciliation
- Helping with Employees expenses reconciliation
Key Skills/Experience
- Previous experience working as an Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable, enthusiastic and keen to be an integral part of a busy team in a small company
- As a Bookkeeper, this job will require a high level of responsibility
- Friendly and enthusiastic with a confident telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy is essential to include Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/Sage/Xero
- Keen to develop themselves and grow with the business over the coming years
- Good attention to detail
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
