A full-time position has become available in a busy Accounts office.
Role, duties and responsibilities
An Accounts Assistant will be expected to perform, but not limited to any of the following tasks:
Reconciling bank accounts
Purchase Ledger
Processing invoices & payments
Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
Credit control
Handling and writing cheques
Maintaining spreadsheets
Data Entry
Cash Handling
Ad hoc Accounts and Office tasks as they arise

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are seeking a person with qualities that include: Strong understanding of the workings of an office. Strong understanding of book-keeping and reconciliations. Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with colleagues, customers and external contacts. Good organizational skills, accurate and be able to work with minimum supervision. Preferably have experience using Microsoft Excel and Sage.
