Job Description
Reporting to senior accountant you will be responsible for bookkeeping in accordance with company procedures.
Being a team player and helping out others is really important. This is a new role and will evolve with you.
Duties will include:
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Data entry
- Scanning
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparation of VAT return
- Self-assessment preparation
- Some admin duties
- Any ad hoc jobs that may arise
- Accounts experience desirable and the ability to work within a small team and on own essential. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, Xero is an advantage.
Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
- Certificate of Higher Education (Preferred)
