Job Description

Reporting to senior accountant you will be responsible for bookkeeping in accordance with company procedures.

Being a team player and helping out others is really important. This is a new role and will evolve with you.

Duties will include:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales ledger
  • Data entry
  • Scanning
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Preparation of VAT return
  • Self-assessment preparation
  • Some admin duties
  • Any ad hoc jobs that may arise
  • Accounts experience desirable and the ability to work within a small team and on own essential. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, Xero is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Certificate of Higher Education (Preferred)
