Your role is vital to the company and you will work closely with the Managing Director. You will also be involved in general administration in support of the day to day running of the business, and normally work with limited supervision and manage your day-to-day tasks within monthly routines.
Key duties are varied and include processing purchase ledger / sales ledger invoices and payments, credit & debtors’ control, bank account management/reconciliation, petty cash and expenses & VAT.
Our software programme is fully integrated but follows typical accounts processes.
Progression - opportunities to progress to Operations Manager for right candidate
Hours of Work - 37.5 hour week with some potential flexibility on start/finish times. There may be opportunities for home working, once trained, although the confidential nature of many aspects of the role will require regular office attendance.
