Exploration of all debt options and implications to enable the customer to make an informed decision.
Delivery of a high quality service with appropriate to the quality required by FCA personal compliant advice.
Adherence to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and to demonstrate empathy and good listening skills.
Respond to any client or creditor queries in a timely manner via all communication mediums.
Maintain case notes and records accurately and comprehensively.
Maintain product knowledge and pass on-going monthly compliance assessments.
Conduct Annual Reviews

Hours: - 39.5 per week
Remuneration & Benefits: -
£24,000 per annum plus uncapped commission (OTE 28-30k).
21 Days Holiday Pay (Plus Bank Holidays). Increases with each year of service.
