Job Description

The preferred candidate is therefore expected to have an established record of successful Workday delivery in both HR and Finance and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a global organisation. It would also be desirable if you have worked with offshore teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the overall delivery of the Workday Europe project, with responsibility for its successful delivery to agreed scope, time, budget and quality
• Develop, maintain and track progress against project plan and a clear set of defined deliverables, phases and milestones
• Directly manage the project management resource assigned to the project
• Agree the overall resource plan and deliverables with Cross Country's Project Manager, resolving or escalating issues or risks to project delivery and budget

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Leadership of complex Workday Finance and HR implementations, including multiple concurrent market Go Lives. Experience of working in Global organisations Strong technical knowledge including all integrations with other systems and data conversion Third party contract management e.g. Workday implementation partner Ability to work with a diverse range of Executive and Market level stakeholders Excellent project management and communication skills
