Group Reporting Manager
Full-time, Temporary
Job Description
Main responsibilities include:
Provision of exceptional customer service to HR customers requiring payroll assistance
Leveraging tools such as Case Management and Knowledge documents to respond to and track employee and manager inquires
Inputs data with speed and accuracy, whilst ensuring data integrity - utilising Oracle databases, Accero Cyborg, MS Excel
Document cases in the case management system and communicate with customers and employees via email
Investigates requests which cannot be resolved by analysing the nature of the request and routing to appropriate internal or external group for support
Maintenance of Time & Attendance data and accurate payment through payroll
Maintenance of contract changes for salary calculation purposes
Processing of new starter and leaver payroll records.
Uses professional and customer-focused approach to handle customer inquiries. Ensures client privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client reports or information. Ensures quality customer experience by communicating empathy to de-escalate difficult situations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Data Entry experience Customer Service experience Experience with Microsoft Office Good typing skills High accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to problem-solve Ability to handle confidential information correctly A strong team player, able to work with diverse people
