Managing a high-volume ER caseload from start to resolution
Tracking sickness/absence across the business and putting proactive initiatives into place to reduce this as much as possible
Training and coaching line managers on HR policy, procedure and best practice. Working closely with the line manager population to adequately up skill them
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have proven experience working in a generalist HR/Employee Relations Advisor role, ideally gained from within a fast-paced retail, logistics or distribution environment, as well as the following: CIPD L5/L7 qualification or currently working towards achieving this qualification A confident individual who can work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team A 'go-getting' attitude
