Job Description
Role & Responsibilities of the Financial Compliance & Office Manager:
Assist the Managing Director with ensuring all Compliance, Training and Competence scheme requirements are met.
Co-ordinate FCA returns as required.
Manage relationship with Governing Bodies, and complete any requirements as necessary.
Review and update policies and procedures as per regulatory requirements.
Assist and support with HR operations.
Ensure relationship with clients and other stakeholders are documented and appropriate agreements are in place.
Support Consultants with managing all file requirements and carry out full file reviews once completed.
Manage some aspects of the office including renewal of insurances, monitoring holiday/sickness etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Background within compliance from a regulated environment. Proven experience within HR at an operations level is ideal Great team player attitude. Excellent communication - both written and verbal. Attention to detail is a must! Can build an excellent rapport with stakeholders.
