Job Description

Role & Responsibilities of the Financial Compliance & Office Manager:

  • Assist the Managing Director with ensuring all Compliance, Training and Competence scheme requirements are met.
  • Co-ordinate FCA returns as required.
  • Manage relationship with Governing Bodies, and complete any requirements as necessary.
  • Review and update policies and procedures as per regulatory requirements.
  • Assist and support with HR operations.
  • Ensure relationship with clients and other stakeholders are documented and appropriate agreements are in place.
  • Support Consultants with managing all file requirements and carry out full file reviews once completed.
  • Manage some aspects of the office including renewal of insurances, monitoring holiday/sickness etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Background within compliance from a regulated environment. Proven experience within HR at an operations level is ideal Great team player attitude. Excellent communication - both written and verbal. Attention to detail is a must! Can build an excellent rapport with stakeholders.
