Job Description

Your role will include daily entry of accounts data, keeping the accounts data in order and filed, submitting tax returns, reconciling bank statements, credit control, payment processing, dealing with customers over the phone, setting up credit limits and payment terms and any other associated bookkeeping role. You will liaise with suppliers and check invoices, you will also be responsible for managing the payment schedule of suppliers and submitting remittances.

This is a full time role in a small but very busy department. You must possess a can do attitude and be able to work as part of a team. As we are a small business, there may be a requirement to cross train you in another area of the business to help out with relief cover.

As the business develops and grows, you will have the opportunity to grow with the business.
