Job Description
  • L&D- Carrying out needs analysis, capability assessments and competency framework with the vision of creating a coaching culture
  • L&D- Using digital tools to design and deliver training
  • L&D- Working with managers to identify and facilitate learning interventions globally and driving a culture of continuous professional development
  • Early Careers- Management of current education and school programmes.
  • Early Careers- Create and manage the Apprenticeship, Graduate and Intern Programs
  • Early Careers- Act as a STEM ambassador when reaching out to third parties (School/college/university)
  • Early Careers- Manage L&D budget and provide analytics and board reporting
  • Early Careers- Collaborate and support the wider HR team on various projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven ability to design and deliver training, especially e-learning platforms Ability to deliver training to diverse populations across multiple countries Experience managing Apprenticeship, Graduate and Intern Programs Experience of working in an industrial and unionised environment is beneficial A resilient and results driven team worker CIPD level L&D qualification is desirable
