Our client is looking for an ambitious and organized Accounts Administrator to join their rapidly growing business based in Deeside, as part of their professional and friendly Accounts team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator who is looking for their next move to join a forward thinking and evolving organization that offers the scope for personal progression and development. The ideal Accounts Administrator will have previous experience in a similar role and be confident using Excel, have high attention to detail and strong accuracy skills, alongside a positive and pro-active approach. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Purchase ledger
Credit control
Data inputting onto billing system
Statement runs
Making & answering team calls
Contacting customers regarding payment rejections
Process payments from customers
Raising / completing purchase orders
Responding to team cases in CRM and ensure all customer queries are prioritized and handled in the shortest time possible
Working with other departments to provide an excellent standard of customer care
Working within Sage 200 accounting system (training given)
