Job Description
  • To ensure smooth running of the office
  • Be first point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Manage flow of work and cash flow
  • Organize and maintain filing system
  • Organize couriers for delivery to customers
  • Pricing, quotations and raising invoices .
  • Liaise with customers to ensure prompt payments made
  • Ordering supplies and materials
  • To have overview of business
  • Ensure all insurances, utilities are up to date.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff as safe as possible clear screens are put up in reception and customers/suppliers have to wear a mask on entering the building. Hand sanitizer stations are available on site. Social distancing is practiced by staff.

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft office (essential). Office administration and office management. Credit control and debt chasing. IT/bookkeeping qualification (desirable). HR and health and safety in small business. Full driving license. Excellent communication skills. Good time management. Work well as part of a team but able to use own initiative. Organized and adaptable. Trustworthy and discrete when dealing with confidential information.
