About Company:
Our client is a London based company dealing with luxury apartments and memberships around the world. We are looking for a part time bookkeeper(2-3 days per week) to manage our accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Inputting invoices into appropriate online accounting software
- Record, track and report cash-flow and manage accounts
- Checking bank accounts, updating cash-flow and bookkeeping
- Preparation of the firm’s monthly accounts for presentation to the directors
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience with computerised accountancy software is essential.
- A bachelors degree in accountancy or a related field.
