Job Description

The role has many similarities to that of a 360 recruitment role but at the same time is very different as you will be responsible for managing our engineer workforce. As the CES Manager, you will be the vital link between our clients and engineers. The role is demanding and diverse.

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
  • Network with target client and candidates.
  • Develop a good understanding of client companies: their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
  • Work with internal resourcer to ensure depth of engineering pool.
  • Engineer screening and induction to MJM
  • Schedule engineers against project and / or contracts
  • Negotiate contracted hourly pay arrangements between client and candidates.
  • Post-acceptance processes (background checks)
  • Work with HR with regard to On-boarding.
  • To have responsibility, to continually help and improve the processes relating to the Organisations Quality Management System.
  • Fully comply with the Company Health & Safety Procedures.
  • To have responsibility, to continually help and improve the processes relating to statutory and regulatory requirements of the Organisation.
  • Any other duties that the company may reasonably ask you to perform which are within your expertise and skill sets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the CES process.
  • Prompt HR to advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on social media.
  • Understand client requirements: role definition and preparatory meetings with the client
  • Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
  • In-person pre-interview screening.
  • Review CES policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in a 360 Recruitment role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient sales, negotiation and customer service skills. Outstanding communication ability. A goal-orientated approach to work. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to work with and meet deadlines and targets. Possess ambition and the determination to succeed. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Proven team-working skills. Understand sourcing and recruiting techniques. Full UK driving licence.
