Our client has now available a Bookkeeper position for high energy, highly motivated, well organized, ambitious and people-oriented individuals. We welcome applicants with bookkeeping/accounting experience.
Our client is a dynamic holiday rental platform with a portfolio of 65.000 properties globally covering more than 700 destinations.
The responsibilities include:
- Raise and reconcile sales invoices
- Issue invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments
- Manage purchase ledger and payment runs
- Process credit card and petty cash reconciliations
- Process expenses
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Bank Reconciliations
- Very good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly good Excel skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: £18,000.00 to £20,000.00 /year
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
