We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to work either full time or part time for a luxury wedding venue. You will have previous experience as a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant and as part of the role you will have the following responsibilities;
· Processing sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense claims, bank payments and receipts
· Cashflow management
· Bank reconciliations
· Chasing debt and resolving queries
· Preparation of Management Accounts for the company accountant
· Preparation of VAT Returns
· Dealing with ad hoc queries
· Additional office administration
We are looking for someone who has the following;
· Strong Excel skills
· Experience of Xero Cloud Accounting software
· Strong communication skills
· Good typing skills & exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
· Good team player
Due to the location of the venue, you must be able to drive and have a car to be considered.
