Job Description

My client, who are a long standing, incredibly successful market leading manufacturing company have an exciting role available for a Financial Accountant.

The company is going from strength to strength, they have a new product range and plenty of projects for the successful candidate to get stuck into.

Working closely with the Head of Finance, some of the duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead on the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting across the group, including analytical review and commentary

• Support the company's key decision makers through delivering reliable and robust financial information with tight timescales

• Responsible for managing the day to day activities for the team

• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations across the group taking responsibility for all accounts and balances

• Deliver KPI Reports

• Report on divisional performance

• Manage credit control and purchase ledger

• Process VAT and other statutory requirements

• Drive Accounting and Business Systems Improvement
