Within this position, you will manage a high volume case load of ER, providing first line employee relations advice in a generalist HR role. You must be able to build professional relationships with Line Managers, allowing you to coach and guide them with their teams. You will provide employee relations advice on disciplinaries & grievances, absence management, performance issues, training & development and policies & procedures.
The company are currently undergoing exciting times of growth into new countries, allowing you to work closely with the HR Manager on projects that come hand in hand with their people strategy and planned acquisitions, such as supporting with TUPE, restructures, strengthening the employer brand and initiatives to support the workforce.
